Eudora Light
Installation
The steps below should be followed after Eudora has been installed on to your computer.

Configuring Eudora
Go to 'Tools' then 'Options'. Click on the icons in the column on the left to
change the parameters listed below.
Getting Started
- Under POP account, enter your e-mail address
- Enter your Real Name
- Under Connection Method make sure 'Offline' is NOT checked
Personal Information
- Under POP account, enter your e-mail address
- Enter your Real Name
- Under Return address, Enter you e-mail address
Host
- In the SMTP box, enter mail.nn.net if Northstar Data Systems is supplying your
dial-up connection. If we are not, you will need to enter the SMTP server of your
Internet access provider.
- Leave Ph, and Finger blank
Checking Mail
- Set Check for mail to your preference
- Put an X in the Send on check and Save password options
- Authentication Style should be set to Password
Sending Mail
- Verify Return Address and SMTP server
- Set options to your preferences
Attachments
- Encoding method should be set to BinHex
The rest of the options are set to your preferences
